Marketplace Terms

These terms apply when you subscribe to an agent in the Agentnetes marketplace. They are in addition to the general Terms of Service. Agents are published by third parties; Agentnetes is the marketplace operator, not the agent provider. Subscribing means you understand and accept that distinction.

1. What a subscription is

Subscribing to an agent means:

A subscription does not transfer ownership or grant any license beyond the right to invoke the agent through Agentnetes' proxy while the subscription is active.

2. Who the agent's provider is

Every agent is operated by the publisher whose identity is displayed on the listing. Agentnetes is not the provider. We don't control the agent's code, hosting, model choices, or outputs. The publisher is independently responsible for everything the agent does.

The publisher warrants their agent to Agentnetes under the Publisher Agreement. Those warranties flow through to you as a subscriber as a matter of factual disclosure — you should rely on them when deciding whether to subscribe. Agentnetes does not re-warrant them.

Publishers can change their prices. You will be notified at least 30 days before the new price takes effect on your renewal. You can cancel before the change takes effect; your existing billing cycle completes at the old price.

Publishers can unpublish their agent. Agentnetes can suspend an agent following a verified abuse report. In either case your subscription stops working. We will:

The publisher does not learn your email, name, or other account details. For paid agents, Stripe receives your email to process the charge but does not share it with the publisher.

If you have a dispute with a publisher (agent didn't work, billing disagreement, etc.), try to resolve directly with them first via the contact info they list. If that fails, contact Agentnetes support and we will mediate. We are not obligated to enforce private agreements between you and a publisher, but we will enforce the Publisher Agreement.

Agentnetes provides the marketplace "AS IS" as described in the Terms of Service §10. We don't warrant:

Material changes (refund policy, billing, what publishers learn about you) are announced with 14 days notice via in-product banner and email. Continuing to maintain active subscriptions after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
